Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1st :- Take one pan and pour the milk to hot. when milk is boiling add lemon juice and stir gradually till separate water and Chena. After that drain the chena and keep aside. Take one cotton cloth and hanging the Chena for 2 hours…Chena is ready.

* Step 2

2nd :- In bowl, add chena, dry milk powder, baking powder, cardamom seeds and ghee mix well. and knead until dough is formed & refrigerate for 5-8 minutes. Take a mixture, make a small balls of equal sizes and press it (makes 7-8). Keep aside.

* Step 3

3rd :- In pot, add milk.let it boil for 20 minutes on medium flame. When milk is thicken add sugar and cardamom seeds, mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved. add the Chena balls one by one, cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Do not stir or use any spoon. -Garnish with raisin, cashew and serve chilled.
