Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take thick base pan for making kheer,when is hot add ghee than add washed and 10 minutes soaked rice saute 2 minutes than add half milk of half litre,
* Step 2
Cook with medium flame with continuously move,after rice cooked add dryfruits and cardamom powder stir continuous,
* Step 3
Than add sugar and condensed milk stir continuously,turn off the flame,
* Step 4
Garnish with dryfruits,serve hot or cool,both are yummy
