Masala Dosa with coriander coconut chutney

Dosa is very popular breakfast in Tamilnadu a well as all over india ,it's very healthy and yummy and easy digestive breakfast♥️

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For dosa- Grind the soaked rice and dal with using water and make fine paste after that rest whole night for fermentation,

* Step 2

Next day add water in fermentation batter and make semi thick consistency,(add baking soda if required)

* Step 3

For filling masala- Take pan add oil after hot add mustard seeds, chilli and cumin seeds after cracker sounds come add potato (mashed) and all spices,mix well

* Step 4

For make dosa - take non-stick pan Grease with water and add batter on pan spread evenly than add masala on the dosa and wait for cooked and golden brown crispy colour

* Step 5

Take out on plate serve with sambhar or chutney

* Step 6

For chutney - take bunch of coriander leaves,4 garlic cloves,2 chilli, 3 tbsp coconut (fresh or dry), half lemon,Salt as taste

* Step 7

Grind it all ingredients with water and make fine paste,chutney is ready

* Step 8

Enjoy masala dosa with delicious spicy chutney 😋👩‍🍳♥️🙏🎉
