Rajma Chawal/ Kidney beans curry with Rice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the kidney beans with 3 whistles in pressure cooker.
* Step 2
Take deep pan add 4tbsp oil. Add all whole spices and onion, ginger garlic paste.
* Step 3
After the saute onions and brown in colour add tomato puree and all masala.
* Step 4
Cooked till oil is separated from the masala.that is perfectly cooked.
* Step 5
Add boiled rajma with stock. And add half cup of water, cook with cover the pan for 10 minutes in medium flame.
* Step 6
After 10 minutes Rajma is ready,garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
* Step 7
Serve hot with Rice. Taste is delicious with rice.you can wat with roti also. Enjoy!!
