Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add grated paneer, cheese, green chilies, capsicum, coriander, salt, chili flakes, oregano, chaat masala, and your stuffing is ready.
* Step 2
In another bowl add gram flour, turmeric, salt, and add water as per the requirements(medium consistency) and give it a mix and your batter is ready. meanwhile, keep the oil for frying.
* Step 3
Now take a leaf add the stuffing and top it with another leaf. Now dip that in the batter and make sure it's coated evenly.
* Step 4
Now fry the ajwain leaves on low flame until they turn golden brown & crispy. Once done transfer them to a plate and fry the rest of the leaves and your bhajiyas are ready.
* Step 5
Now take a plate and place the bhajiyas and sprinkle some chaat masala.Serve it with ketchup and green chutney.
