Herbed Paneer Paratha

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl add capsicum, finely chopped mint leaves,coriander, basil leaves, green chillies grated paneer, red chilli powder,pav bhaji masala, chat masala, salt,Italian herbs and give it a mix and give it a mix.

* Step 2

In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, salt and add water little by little as required and knead the dough and keep it aside.

* Step 3

Now take dough and make a roundel and dust it in the wheat flour and with rolling pin roll the dough balls to a circle of about 4 to 5 inches in diameter

* Step 4

Now add the paneer stuffing.take the edge and start pleating bringing to center.also join the pleats together and pinch off the extra part and press the center

* Step 5

Now once again dust it in the flour and roll it again

* Step 6

Once done transfer it into the serving plate and serve it with curd and pickles
