Spinach & Corn Pulav
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly cut the stem of spinach and then in a pan add 2 cups of water and blanch the spinach until it turns softer
* Step 2
Once done take out the blanched spinach in a strainer and pour some cold water.
* Step 3
In a mixer, jar add spinach, coriander, mint leaves, green chilli,1 tbsp of oil,a small piece of ginger and make a puree.
* Step 4
4 In a pan add 1 tbsp of oil once the oil is heated add clove, cinnamon, star anise, peppercorn and sautee it for a min then add the puree and boiled sweet corn and cook it for about a min
* Step 5
Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt,Pulav masala and give it mix then add the cooked rice mix it.
* Step 6
You are done your Spinach & corn Pulav is ready.
