Iyengar Bakery style masala toast

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil once the oil is heated add 1/2 tsp of cumin & mustard seeds, green chilli and saute it.

* Step 2

Once done add all the veggies and then add turmeric, red chilli, cumin powder, Chaat masala,garam masala, salt and give it a mix.

* Step 3

Cook it for about 2 mins until the veggies turn soft and then turn off the flame

* Step 4

Take a bread slice apply butter then add the stuffing and place it on a grill pan and grill it until they turn slightly golden brown.
