Rice with Rajma Shots
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add rajma then add 1 glass water and soak it for 3 hours.
* Step 2
Meanwhile chopped the Tomatoes roughly and make a purree
* Step 3
Take a pressure cooker add 1 tbspn oil once the oil is heated add 1/2 tspn of cumin seeds and chopped green chilli and sautee it for 1/2 min
* Step 4
Then add the puree,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala,salt,sugar and mix it.
* Step 5
Then add the Rajma and cover the cooker with lid and pressure cook it untill 5 whistles.
* Step 6
After 5 whistles oven the lid garnish it with coriander.
