Corn Matar Chaat

Ingredient

2 tsp

oil

1/2 tsp

ginger

as per taste

Salt

1 tsp

Sugar

as per taste

Chaat masala

1 tsp

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly boil 1 cup of corn and peas and keep it aside.

* Step 2

Take a pan add 2 tsp oil and once the oil heated add cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies and saute it for few minutes.

* Step 3

Then add chilli flakes and mix it then goes in boiled corn and peas

* Step 4

Then add salt as per the taste, sugar, Chaat masala and mix it. Then add about 1 tsp of butter give it a stir

* Step 5

Finally, add chopped Coriander leaves.

* Step 6

Transfer it into the serving plate garnish it with coriander and squeeze lemon on it. Your chaat is ready.
