Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the long grain basmati rice, soak for 30 mins. Then strain water from rice and keep aside.Heat ghee into pan on medium flame.
* Step 2
Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick green cardamom, black cardamom and clove. Saute for few seconds. Then add onion saute till it's golden colour. Then add ginger garlic paste.fry till it's rawness goes away.
* Step 3
Add potatoes fry for 3-4 mins. Then add cauliflower fry for 2-3 minS. Then add green peas, carrot, tomatoes, French beans. Fry for 1-2 mins.
* Step 4
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt mix it well and fry 1-2 mins. Then add rice fry for 4-5 min.
* Step 5
Add green chilli, coriander leaves and lemon juice mix it then add water mix it.
* Step 6
Cover and cook it for 20 mins on medium flame. Than check it it's done. Switch off the flame. Before serving rest for 5 min.
* Step 7
Transfer it into a serving plate. Serve it hot with salad and raita.
