Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peeled,Cut pumpkin thinly in square shape then add all the ingredients and make a thick batter of gram flour with the help of water adding all spices.Heat refined oil into kadhai.

Now dip all the pieces of pumpkin one by one into batter and deep fry it to both side till it's colour is golden and cooked.

* Step 3

Take it out from oil.Keep this on the tissue paper to absorb extra oil.Serve it hot with fried green chillies and ketchup.
