Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and wash pumpkin flower
Take a big bowl add all ingredients except pumpkin flower.
* Step 2
Make a thick batter of it with adding 1 cup of water Heat oil into pan.
* Step 3
Dip pumpkin flower one by one. Deep fry it on medium flame to both side till it's golden brown colour.Now take it out from the oil
* Step 4
Keep it on the tissue paper to absorb extra oil.it's done serve it hot with your favourite chutney that is green or ketchup.
