Paneer hungcurd bullets

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a big bowl add grated paneer,hungcurd,1/4 inch of grated ginger 1/4 tsp of cumin powder,1pinch of red chilli powder,1pinch of black pepper powder and salt to taste.and mix it gently..
* Step 2
Now keep another bowl and make a mixture of chopped mint leavers,chopped dryfruits,1/4inch of grated ginger,chopped green chilli,1/4tsp of cumin powder,1pinch of red chilli powder,1pinch of black pepper powder.mix it well.
* Step 3
Now Grease your palm with oil and take paneer,hungcurd mixture on it.
* Step 4
Fill it with mint,drtfruits mixture and make oval shape of it and roll it proper with bread crumb.
* Step 5
Keep this into refrigaretor for 10-15 mins and heat 2-3 tsp of oil into pan and shallow fry bullets.
* Step 6
Fry it to both side till it's colour is golden brown.Now take it out from pan and keep this on tissue pepper to absorb extra oil.
* Step 7
For plating Now keep ketchup in plate and keep bullets on it and keep hungcurd on bullets and sprinkle black pepper powder now garnish with coriander leaves..it's done serve it hot.
