Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add besan, ginger, salt, sugar, green chilli and lemon mix well.

Then add water and mix well for 10 minutes.

Then rest the batter for 15 minutes. Then add baking soda mix well and pour batter in cake tin then put it in a steamer and steamed it for 30 minutes in medium flame.

* Step 4

Now cool it a little bit and pour syrup. For syrup( take 1 tsp oil then add chillies, mustard seeds, water and sugar mix well cook it for 5 minutes then pour it in dhokla and serve chilled.
