Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First blend onion and tomatoes keep it a side than take a pan add oil when oil heat up than add onions puree cook it for 15 minutes till onion get brown than add tomatoes again cook it for 10 minutes till oil comes out from the gravy than add all spices- salt,red chilli, turmeric,
* Step 2
Meat masala/ tandoori masala,garam masala, mix well cook it for more 5 minutes than remove sticks from the chaaps and fry them till chaap colour get brown than add it into tomato gravy add 1 cup water and cover it till chaap get soft after that add cream mix well cover it pan for more 5 minutes again till cream mix well than serve hot pour some more cream and coriander leaves chaap gravy is ready
