Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chaap marinate process- take a bowl add all ingredients included chaap mix well add little red colour if you wish rest it for 1 hour than cook it in grill pan or tandoor as per your wish

* Step 2

Dough-take a bowl add both the flours than add salt and knead a dough with chilled water than rest it for 10 min

* Step 3

Now make roomali roti from the dough and keep aside

* Step 4

Take grilled chaap put it on roomali roti than add onions some salad of u wish apply some green chutney and make a roll than grill this roll on tawa or any skillet as you wish

* Step 5

Serve hot with more green chutney
