Take an empty bowl add suji than water, salt, pepper And keep it a aside for 10 min

Than take a nonstick tawa pour one drop oil rub it with tissue than pour some batter and cover it with lid the gas should be medium to high

When it cook from one side than cook from another side if u want add little oil serve hot
