Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, gather all the ingredients. Add all the ingredients into a blender alongwith water and grind it into a smooth paste. Transfer this paste into a bowl.
* Step 2
For the tempering, heat oil in a tadka pan. Add mustard and cumin seeds and allow it to crackle. Then add urad dal and chana dal and fry until golden color.
* Step 3
Add curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
* Step 4
Finally, pour the tempering over the prepared green chutney. Mix it well.
* Step 5
Delicious South Indian Green Coconut Chutney is ready. Serve it with idlis, dosa, vada, upma, appam etc.
