Canned Spring Onion Tuna Fish Stir Fry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. (You can use the tuna oil or fresh oil) Add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle. Add the chopped green chillies and curry leaves and saute for a minute.
* Step 2
Add the chopped white part of the spring onions and saute till onions become soft and translucent.
* Step 3
Next add turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt and saute for a minute.
* Step 4
Now add the tuna fish chunks alongwith the oil and crumble/break the chunks using a fork/spatula. Continue to saute till the tuna fish cooks well. Stir in between for uniform cooking.
* Step 5
Add the fish sauce and saute for few more minutes.
* Step 6
Now add the chopped green part of the spring onions and saute for a minute. Tuna is cooked well. Off the flame.
* Step 7
Delicious Spring Onion Tuna Fish Stir Fry is ready. Enjoy it with roti or bread or rice. You can also use this Tuna Fish Stir Fry as a sandwich filling alongwith mayonnaise.
