Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, In a small bowl, add 2 teaspoons each of Pizza Toppings, Red Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup and Veg Mayonnaise. Mix well and set aside.
* Step 2
Grate the cheese cubes in a bowl and keep it in freezer till required ie. Few minutes.
* Step 3
Wash, cut and keep all the vegetables ready. Slightly roast or steam the sweet corn.
* Step 4
Now take a medium sized pizza base and spread the sauce evenly to cover the entire base. Add grated cheese over the sauce.
* Step 5
Next add the vegetables, starting with onions. Next place the tomatoes and green bell pepper.
* Step 6
Then yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper and sweet corn. At this stage, you can add some salt and black pepper powder to taste.
* Step 7
Top it again with grated cheese, oregano and red chilli flakes.
* Step 8
Lastly, add the mexican seasoning.
* Step 9
Heat a dosa pan. Add some oil and butter to it. Place the prepared pizza on the pan. Cover and cook on low flame for exactly 8 minutes.
* Step 10
When done, remove on a serving plate. Cut into desired shape and serve it immediately.

Cheesy Mexican Veg Pizza is ready. Enjoy it immediately with tomato ketchup or red chilli sauce.
