Cooking instructions

In a large mixing bowl, add wheat flour.

Next add gram flour, white and black sesame seeds, and mix well.

Then add carom seeds, cumin seeds, and fennel seeds and mix well.

Now add turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder, and salt and mix well.

Add the ground flaxseed powder and mix well. Along with flax seeds, I also ground little fennel seeds and white and black sesame seeds.

Add jaggery powder, oil, and baking powder and mix it well.

Add water a little at a time and mix well to form a dough.

Roll out the dough to the thickness you desire. Cut into the desired shape using either a cookie cutter or a pizza cutter.

Place the crackers on butter or parchment paper over a baking tray. Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes and bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes or until slightly golden brown.

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before storing in an air tight container. Serve these crackers with any dip of your choice or at tea time.
