Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the potatoes. Peel the skin. Grate it. Add water and soak for 5 minutes. Drain off the water. Squeeze well and add it to a mixing bowl.
* Step 2
Add cornflour and gram flour. Next add crushed black pepper, cumin seeds, chopped green chili, and onion.
* Step 3
Add salt and mix well. It should be a thick batter.
* Step 4
Heat a non-stick tawa. Spray some oil. Add a spoonful of the potato mixture and spread it out. Spray oil all around the edges and roast until golden brown. Flip over. Cook both sides until golden and crisp.
* Step 6
For Green Chutney Recipe:
To a blender, add all the ingredients mentioned under "For Green Chutney" and blend to a fine paste. This chutney goes well with any chaat. You can store it in an airtight container for 1 week or freeze it for a long.
* Step 7
Serve Tasty and Healthy Aloo Chilla immediately with spicy green chutney or tomato ketchup and a hot cup of tea.
