Mayonnaise Pasta Salad
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, add water in a large pan alongwith salt. Let it come to a boil. Add green peas.
* Step 2
Add pasta and boil for 10 minutes or until soft. Do not over cook.
* Step 3
Drain the cooked pasta and add it to cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain and Set aside.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and saute for few seconds. Add onions and saute. Add carrot, green peas and green bell pepper and saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
Add pepper powder, mixed herbs, red chilli flakes and salt and mix it well.
* Step 6
Add 1/2 cup pasta water which was reserved after boiling the pasta.
* Step 7
Add the eggless mayonnaise. Keep the flame on low and mix quickly. For more creamy pasta, you can add more.
* Step 8
Add the boiled pasta and mix well so that the pasta is coated with the sauce.
* Step 9
Top it with grated cheese and red chilli flakes.
* Step 10
Serve Mayonnaise Pasta Salad immediately.
