Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take heavy cream in a bowl and whip it to soft peaks.

Take fresh mangoes. Remove the skin. Cut the fleshy part into chunks. Add it to a blender. Add sugar add and blend to a puree.

Then add the mango puree to the whipped cream and fold it gently.

Once mixed well, refrigerate it for minimum 30 minutes. Just before serving, add little mango puree at the bottom of two glasses. Fill with mango mousse. Top one with mango puree and garnish it with nuts and the other with mango chunks and garnish it with nuts.

* Step 5

Please note that the cream should not be whipped for long. After adding the mango puree, gently fold it. Do not mix otherwise the whipped cream will lose the airy and soft texture. Stays good for 2-3 days in refrigerator.
