Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a blender start by adding the soaked dates and 3 to 4 tbsp milk. Blend to extract pulp of the dates.

* Step 2

Add coffee, cardamom powder and milk.

* Step 3

Blend till mixed together.

* Step 4

Pour in serving glass.

* Step 5

Top with ice.

* Step 6

Serve chilled.
