Savoury Masala Oats

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat coconut oil in a pan on low heat. Add the onions and saute till the onions are translucent.

* Step 2

Add the green chilli, curry leaves, ginger and garlic and fry for few more minutes.

* Step 3

Add tomatoes and salt and cook for 5 more minutes.

* Step 4

Add the spice powders and saute for a minute.

* Step 5

Add peas and little water and cook for few minutes.

* Step 6

Add the oats and water and simmer for 25 minutes on low heat. Serve warm.
