Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, make the green chutney and keep it ready. See photo below for recipe of green chutney. The powders are pepper powder, cumin powder and pink salt.
* Step 2
Grate the cheese and keep aside.
* Step 3
To make the grilled sandwich: Take two slices of bread. Apply butter on all the three sides. On one side, add the green chutney. Place the cheese slice over the chutney. Add grated cheese. Place the jalapeno slices on the cheese. Sprinkle salt, if required. Cover with the other slice and grill till golden brown. Serve hot.
