Baked Cheese and Bell Pepper Eggs

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large mixing bowl take 3 eggs and beat it. To it add, green chillies, green bell pepper, chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt. Mix nicely and keep aside.
* Step 2
Cut off the ends of all the four sides of the brown bread slices and keep aside.
* Step 3
Take a baking pan and grease it with butter/ghee.
* Step 4
Firstly, place the bread slices in the greased pan. Add grated cheese over the bread slices. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
* Step 5
You can sprinkle chilli flakes, oregano or mixed herbs on top.
* Step 6
Bake in Air Fryer at 120°C for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
