Strawberry Modak

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean strawberries and grind it to make a puree. Dry roast poppy seeds and rava slightly golden colour at low to medium heat separately. Once it's done, keep aside. Boil strawberry puree along with jaggrey or powder sugar as your choice add food colouring optional to till puree gets thicker consistency.
* Step 2
Add coconut and khoya in to it and mix. Bring down the temperature at low heat. Add roasted rava and poppy seeds, freshly crushed cardamon and nutmeg powder.
* Step 3
Mix and cook all ingredients till it gets thick consistency. Add pinch of salt optional, and mix well.and nuts and mix it well.
* Step 4
Transfer mixture to a dish and refrigerate for few minutes.
* Step 5
You can also add cardamom powder for flavour.
* Step 6
Press the mixture into a modak mould.serve ymmmmy strawberry modak.
