Masala Pan Fried Khoira Fish is a flavourful dish with a spicy marinade and fried on a Tawa or Pan.This is a nutritious freshwater fish from the sardine family but with tiny bones and regarded as one of the finest fishes for frying in Indian style.The spiciness of the marinade is perfectly balanced with the tanginess of lemon juice ,vinegar, with a hint of sweetness and a paste of chopped coriander,onion,ginger garlic and few dry spices.It can be served as a starter or snack at parties or enjoyed with a cup of evening tea and also can be relished as a side with dal, rice and curry.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and wash the fish.Pat dry.Make a paste of roughly chopped onion,ginger garlic paste, 2 green chilies,chopped coriander and vinegar.Mix this paste in a bowl along with salt,1/4 th tsp sugar, lemon juice,turmeric,red chilli powder and Shan Fried Fish Seasoning Mix.Add roasted gramflour,rice flour and mustard oil.Mix well to combine all.
* Step 2
Massage the fish with this marinade.Sprinkle few spoons water if needed to coat the marinade evenly.Set aside for half hour.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.Add the fish and sear on both sides until golden brown.Serve hot with onion rings,lemon wedges,green chillies with a sprinkling of chaat masala, as a starter at parties, with a cup tea or coffee or as a side with main meals and relish.
