Chinese Chicken Pakora

#LBC Chinese Chicken Pakora is one of the best tasting recipe of chicken fritters made with minced chicken alongwith chopped onion,vegetables of choice and some spices.These crispy deep fried pakoras are best served as a snack with a cup of tea or as an appetizer at parties. They can also be packed in kid's lunch box as it is or with mixed vegetable chowmein and watch them gobble up their tiffin within minutes.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut chicken breast into small pieces and mince it in a grinder alongwith ginger garlic paste,vinegar,lemon juice and soya sauce.Make fresh breadcrumbs by grinding two breads. Add breadcrumbs,cornflour,grated carrot,onion,capsicum,chopped coriander,green chillies,chilli flakes,orange red food colour,ajinomoto,green chilli sauce and salt to taste.Add 1 egg,baking powder and 1 tbsp oil.Mix all into a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan and drop small portions of the paste and fry the pakoras in medium to high heat,flipping when one side done and fry till crispy. Serve hot with chilli sauce and lemon slices. These pakoras are best served as a snack with a cup of tea or as an appetizer at parties and liked by kids and adults as well.They can also be packed in kid's lunch box as it is or with some mixed vegetable chowmein and watch them gobble up their tiffin within minutes.
