Hyderabadi Egg Malai Korma is a flavourful but low spiced dish and packed with essential nutrients.Protein rich boiled eggs are cooked in a creamy and vibrant green masala of fresh coriander,malai and Indian spices. Serve this alongwith tandoori roti,naan ,lachha paratha or pulao for lunch or dinner.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil and peel eggs.Prick with a fork all over the eggs and smear 1/4 th tsp salt.Set aside.Meanwhile make a paste of onion, green chillies,malai and some coriander leaves.Make a paste of half cup coriander leaves with lemon juice and little water.Set aside.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the eggs. In the remaining oil,add the onion green chilli,ginger garlic paste alongwith malai or fresh cream.Add ghee and rest of the dry masalas, curd,salt and pinch of sugar to taste and fry till oil leaves sides.Add the eggs and toss. Add milk and boil till masala coats eggs.
* Step 3
Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.Garnish with chopped coriander. Delicious Hyderabadi Egg Malai Korma is ready to serve with tandoori roti,naan,lachha paratha or pulao for lunch or dinner.
