Banana Mocha frozen dessert

#GoldenApron23 I tend to toss my overly ripe bananas into the freezer and then forget about them. I was craving ice cream today and researched different things to do with frozen bananas, and remembered I had several on hand. This recipe combines bananas, leftover coffee, and cocoa powder for a chocolate- rich, delicious frozen dessert. And it's naturally sweet, with no added sugars, so it's a healthy choice, too.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 servings

Cooking time :

15 min prep; freeze longer for solid consistenc
1/3-1/2 cup

cold brewed coffee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place peeled frozen bananas in blender. Add coffee and cocoa powder. Blend on frozen drink or ice cream setting until creamy. Serve immediately or freeze for a few hours for a more solid consistency. Garnish with a cookie if desired.
