Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredient

2 1/2-3 cup

flour

1 teaspoon

baking soda

1 teaspoon

salt

3/4 cup

sugar

3/4 cup

brown sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons

vanilla

2 cups (16 oz)

pkg) chocolate chips

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

* Step 2

Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and beat well. Gradually beat in flour, baking soda, and salt. If the mixture seems too soft add another 1/2 cup flour (most batches need it) then add chocolate chips and mix well. Use a medium scoop and place a scoop full onto pan for each cookie.

* Step 3

Bake cookies 9 1/2-10 mins for the first pan. Let each pan of cookies cool for one minute on pan and then move cookies to a wire cooling rack to cool completely. Makes 4 dozen cookies
