Chicken Kalonji

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Smear little salt on chicken and set aside for half hour.Heat oil and fry chicken pieces lightly in batches.In the remaining oil sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala,black pepper and bay leaf.When they crackle,add kalonji and cumin seeds, chopped onion, 1 tsp grated ginger,minced garlic and fry till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste,dry masalas,tomato puree,curd,salt to taste and fry.

* Step 2

Add kasoori methi.Then add the fried chicken,few chopped green chillies and toss till oil leaves sides.Add 1 cup water and cook covered on low flame till chicken is done.Sprinkle kitchen king masala and toss.Garnish with chopped coriander and green and red chillies.Serve hot with naan, paratha or plain roti.
