Indian potato cigar rolls

A very tasty appetiser with a soft potato filling and a crispy outer crust that is the essence of cigar rolls.Serve it hot with tomato sauce or coriander chutney.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil quartered potatoes.Drain and mash them.They may be steamed also.Add ginger paste,red chilli powder,chopped green chillies,garam masala,salt and sugar to taste.Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry chopped onion golden brown.Add the mashed potato mix and toss well.Sprinkle chopped coriander and toss.Set aside to cool.
* Step 2
Mix flour with wheat flour.Sprinkle little salt and baking powder.Add 5 tsp oil and little water and knead to a smooth dough.Make lemon sized balls and roll out into thin round chapattis.Add 1 tbsp potato mix and fold the rolls securing the ends with water.
* Step 3
Set aside for sometime.Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls in low flame till crispy.Serve with hot and sweet tomato sauce.
