Crispy Chicken Pakora

#morningbreakfast post -3 These pakoras are all time favourites.They can be made two ways with chicken mince or boneless chicken strips and enjoyed both in breakfast,snacks or healthy appetisers. Here it is made with boiled chicken mince giving it a healthy twist.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil chicken mince with little salt and dry up all the water and set aside to cool.Some make it with raw chicken mince but I prefer it to give it a boil in pressure.

* Step 2

Chop onion finely.Add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste,chopped green chillies,ajwain, chaat masala,tandoori masala, garam masala,pinch of orange red food colour (optional),besan,rice flour or cornflour, a pinch of baking soda, salt to taste,kasoori methi and chopped coriander.

* Step 3

Mix all and fry small crispy pakoras in hot oil.Serve with hot and sweet tomato sauce.
