Beetroot and mixed vegetables chop
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Scrape beetroot and set aside.Boil or steam other vegetables and remove excess water.This water may be added to soups or other gravy.Mash coarsely when cool.Chop onion and fry them light brown in 3 tbsp oil.
* Step 2
Add the mashed vegetables,scraped beetroot, mashed potato,2 wet, squeezed and mashed bread,little gramflour,salt and sugar to taste and chopped green chillies.
* Step 3
Add the half broken peanuts and garam masala.Sprinkle coriander and raisins and toss till dry.
* Step 4
Make balls out of the mashed and fried vegetables.Dip the balls in cornflour and maida batter and roll in breadcrumbs.Set in fridge for an hour.Fry the balls in batches and serve hot with tomato sauce.
