Easy Veggie Suji Toast
Makes for a healthy and filling breakfast option. Can be served as a tea-time snack as well.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add the suji, besan, turmeric, coriander, cumin, pepper & red chilli powders. Add salt to taste.
* Step 2
Add the grated carrots, the chopped green chillies & the coriander leaves. You may add any veggies of your choice like chopped capsicum, cabbage etc. Here I have just used carrots.
* Step 3
Add the curd, mix gently. Add sufficient water, mix well to make a thick, smooth batter.
* Step 4
Set aside the ready batter for 15 mins.
* Step 5
Cut each bread slice into 4 meat squares, set aside.
* Step 6
Heat a nonstick tava, grease with a little oil.
* Step 7
Take each bread square, add some ready batter on each side, dab gently and coat well from both sides.
* Step 8
Carefully place it on the hot tava.
* Step 9
Drizzle some more oil on top. Cover & cook on low-medium heat for 3-4 mins, flip & cook till golden brown and crisp from both sides.
* Step 10
Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney on top.
