Healthy Mung Sprouts Cheelas
A quick and nutritious breakfast dish, it turns out delicious!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the mung sprouts, add them to a mixer jar, blend.
* Step 2
Add the ginger, garlic, green chillies and coarsely chopped onion, blend the ingredients until smooth.
* Step 3
Add the gram flour and the semolina, add some water, blend.
* Step 4
Add the asafoetida powder, coriander & roasted cumin powders, salt to taste. Add water if required, mix the batter into the desired consistency.
* Step 5
Set aside the ready batter for 10 minutes.
* Step 6
Grease a nonstick Tawa with oil, pour a ladleful of the batter, spread into a circle. Cover and cook on low-medium heat until golden brown and crisp from both sides.
* Step 7
Serve hot with curd and chutney of your choice. I served it with Gunpowder Chutney mixed with Curd and Raw Mango-Mint Chutney.
