Beetroot Poha

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take poha in a large strainer

* Step 2

Wash it 1_2 times by gently swifting them with your fingers under running water. Drain the excess water through a strainer.keep aside.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, when they start splutter, add cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, peanuts. Allow them to sizzle until peanuts turn crisp for approx 30_ 40 seconds.

* Step 4

Add chopped onions, corn and green peas and sauté until onions turn translucent. Add soaked poha. Mix well.

* Step 5

Cook for 2–3 minutes. Add lemon juice, grated beetroot and finally chopped coriander leaves.

* Step 6

Saute 1–2 minutes and turn off the flame. Beetroot poha is ready to serve.
