Tortilla Pizza

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes.
Place tortillas on a baking pan and brush each side with oil.
* Step 2
Bake tortillas for 4 to 5 minutes.
Spoon pizza sauce evenly over tortilla and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Top with sweet corn, green bell pepper, tomato, onion and remaining cheese.
* Step 3
Bake for 5 to10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot with chilli flakes and dried oregano.
