Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the malai strips- In kadhai boil full cream milk till the malai is formed.
* Step 2
Separate the malai from the boiling milk to the edges of the kadhai
* Step 3
Next mould the malai in long rectangular strips
* Step 4
Later dab it with saffron soaked in milk
* Step 5
For filling- Blanch almonds and pistachos and skin them in warm water add saffrons and soak blanch almonds
* Step 6
Let it soak for an hour after an hour drain the water out and dry them finely chop the almonds and pistachos
* Step 7
Lastly mix it with the cardamom powder and sugar free natura
* Step 8
For assembling- Fill the rectangular strips of malai with the dry fruit mixture
* Step 9
After the filling is done fold the malai strips in the shape of a paan
* Step 10
After the paan is wrapped decorate the top of the paan with saffrons
