3/4 cup

Semolina

1 tsp

Salt

2-3 tsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a sauce pan, heat 1 cup of water. Add 1/4 tsp Haldi Powder

* Step 2

Add semolina and simmer down the flame. Cook on medium flame for 2-3 mins. Do not overcook it. Cool it down.

* Step 3

In a bowl, mashed potatoes and add cooked suji, salt, coriander leaves along with oil. Mix well.

* Step 4

Prepare fingers using this mixture. Fingers can be pan fried, deep fried or airfried in preheat air fryer at 180 degrees for 12-14 mins.

* Step 5

Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
