Spicy Chicken Stir Fry
#chickenrecipes - A spicy treat for your taste buds, is definitely not for the faint hearted. But it tastes really yummy. Have it rolled up in a paratha, a la frankie style. Good for breakfast or as a light lunch on the go. Can be had as a side dish with chapati or naan.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and temper with mustard seeds. After it stops spluttering, add the garlic and saute till it changes colour. Add the onion, green chilies and curry leaves and fry till light brown.
* Step 2
Then add the shredded chicken, salt, turmeric powder, sambar powder and kura karam podi / red chilli powder. Continue to fry on low flame till well combined. Sprinkle water at intervals.
* Step 3
The curry should be dry. Finish off with lemon juice. Serve, garnished with coriander leaves
