Aam Doi Cheere (Flattened Rice-Yoghurt-Mango Dessert)
#diwalidelights - A personal favourite of mine, this healthy, chilled and refreshing dessert is also a family recipe. It can be dished out in a ziffy during any festive time. So go ahead and try this yummy dessert and relish anytime of the day.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the poha 2-3 times & soak in water for 10-15 min. or till it gets soft. Drain.
* Step 2
Add the yoghurt to the mango puree.
* Step 3
Then add the drained poha, sugar
* Step 4
Cardamom powder, rose water
* Step 6
Chill and serve in individual bowls / glasses garnished with dry fruits & saffron.
