* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it wait till they start to crackle add pureed onions to the pan and saute add ginger garlic paste saute for some more time till onions turn light brown

Add all masala stir to mix the ingredients saute for 1minute add tomato puree and mix and cook for 5 minutes add water to adjust the consistency of gravy

Add peas to the masala and stir cook them 4-5minutes add paneer cubes cook them for 2-3minutes add corrinder leaves and stir to mix

* Step 1

Boil peel and mashed potatoes in a bowl add kuttu atta,mashed potato, green chilli, jeera,salt,corrinder,red chilli, and oil and mix well add water in a small quantity and make a soft dough keep aside 10 minutes

Divide the dough in equal parts and roll in to medium size puri

Heat oil in a kadahi lift the puri and fry both sides untill light golden brown

Heat oil in a pan crackle the cumin seeds now add ginger soaute for a minute add chopped tomatoes and saute

Now add red chilli, turmeric powder, salt and saute for 5 minute now add mashed potatoes and mix add water stir well

Simmer till gravy thicken a bit garnish with corrinder leaves varat aloo serve with hot puris, raita and salad

* Step 1

Take a Bowl and put grated raw papaya in it now add boiled potatoes and mash them.add salt, corrinder Powder,garam masala,red chilli, Ginger and corrinder leaves in the mix

After the spices and breadcrumbs inthe Bowl and mix them well

* Step 3

Take a small bowl and add yoghurt along with fresh corrinder, mint leaves, green chilli in them sprinkle salt to make the fillng of the kabab

* Step 4

Now to make the kababs roll take the raw papaya mix in.your hand make the filling and add the fresh yoghurt filling in them

* Step 5

Make a small patty shaped kabab with the mix and filling

* Step 6

Take a deep cooking pot and shallow fry the kababs

* Step 7

Serve the crispy delicious kebab with green chutneyand onion

Ab ak pan mein butter ya oil 2-3tbsp daal kar mixture dalai pancake ki tarah ab dono sides sai golden brown ho nai tak fry karai

Ab garam garam green chutney, ketchup kai saath serve karai
