* Step 1

First crush the bread slices in mixer.

* Step 2

Now mash the potatoes.

* Step 3

Add chopped onion and mix well.

* Step 4

Now add dry masalas-turmeric powder salt black pepper powder, coriander powder, ajwain black salt and mix all well.

Make a smooth batter with all the ingredients except oil.

* Step 2

Add baking soda and beat slightly with cut and fold method.

* Step 3

Now grease the appe pan with oil.

* Step 4

Now pour the batter with spoon in all the cavities and cover with lid.

* Step 5

Let them cook on SIM.

* Step 6

Now turn their sides after about 5 minutes and check them.

* Step 7

Again sprinkle little oil if required and let them cook on sim.
