Ingredient

* Step 1

Whisk together eggs, buttermilk, hot sauce, pickle juice, honey, and 3 tablespoon of the salt in a large bowl. Place chicken in the bowl, and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours.

* Step 2

Pour canola oil into a large Dutch oven to a depth of 2 inches. Heat over medium-high to 335°F. Meanwhile, remove chicken from the refrigerator, and let stand (still covered). Line 2 baking sheets with wire racks, and set aside.

* Step 3

Preheat the oven to 200°F. While oil heats, stir together brown sugar, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, MSG (if using), and 2 teaspoons of the salt in a medium-size heatproof bowl; set aside.

* Step 4

Whisk together all-purpose flour, rice flour, and remaining 1 tablespoon salt in a large bowl or shallow dish. Spoon about 4 tablespoon buttermilk mixture into flour mixture; briefly stir to form small clumps (most of flour should be dry). Working in batches, remove chicken from buttermilk mixture, and place in flour mixture. Turn chicken 1 to 2 times, completely coating chicken in flour. Place chicken on 1 prepared baking sheet, leaving the second baking sheet clean for cooked chicken.

* Step 5

Once the oil reaches 335°F, carefully add 3 to 4 pieces of coated chicken at a time to the Dutch oven. Cook, turning twice, until chicken is deeply browned and a thermometer inserted into thickest portion of chicken registers 165°F, 8 to 9 minutes for thighs and 10 minutes for breasts. Transfer to the second prepared baking sheet, and keep warm in the preheated oven while frying the remaining chicken.

* Step 6

Once all of the chicken is cooked, ladle 1 cup hot frying oil into the bowl with cayenne mixture; stir well. Using tongs, dip each piece of chicken into the hot oil mixture, turning to coat. Serve immediately with white bread and pickle slices.

* Step 1

In a pot over medium heat, add chicken broth, jalapenos, garlic, soy sauce, Sriracha, chili flakes, and gochujang and stir to combine. Simmer about 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Add ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet) and cook about 5 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.

* Step 3

Remove from heat and serve. Top with eggs, green onion and parsley if desired. For additional heat, top with more chili flakes.

I LOVE ginger anything food / drink wise. Found this recipe a few years ago, had good flavor, but was lacking something. So, I added a little this, a little that, tada this is the result.

Ingredient

2-1/2 c

plain flour

1 tsp

ginger

1/2 tsp

cayenne

1-1/2 tsp

soda

3/4 tsp

cinnamon

1/2 tsp

salt

1/3 c

molasses

1 stick

butter, soft

1/2 c

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*. Sift dry ingredients together.

* Step 2

Beat butter til fluffy add sugars, beat well. Stir in molasses. Add egg whites.

* Step 3

Sift dry ingredients together. Slowly add to creamed mixture.

* Step 4

Pour extra sugar into bowl.

* Step 5

Shape dough into 3/4” balls. Roll in sugar, place on parchment paper lined cookie pan. Place 1” apart. Bake 8-10 minutes.

* Step 6

Remove from oven, let sit a few minutes, then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely. Store in airtight container.

If you're a hot chocolate connoisseur like myself, then this is a total game changer! Nothing like a mug of Spicy Hot chocolate, to warm you up on those cold winter days! I also make homemade hot chocolate, but sometimes some good ol' envelopes of hot chocolate just hit the spot.

Ingredient

2 envelopes

hot chocolate

Dash

cinnamon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add a dash of Cayenne pepper and a dash of cinnamon and 1 cap full of vanilla.

Got around your mug with the chocolate syrup. Add your 2 envelopes of hot chocolate then add hot water. Mix mix mix. Ahh sip and enjoy!

It’s one of my comfort food..on a rainy day,urad dal fritters,spicy chutney and a cup of hot masala tea…nothing can beat the effect..

For fritters.grind the soaked black gram with very less water to a fine paste.

Add onion, chilli,pepper,curry leaves,cumin to a bowl.add the batter and mix well

Heat a pan and add oil for deep fry.once oil is hot,drop spoon ful of batter for fr,turn around till it’s golden brown.serve hot with chutney.

Chutney.always make chutney first…heat a pan,add oil and add shallots and sliced onion.sauté till it turns translucent.add red chilli and sauté till it turns aromatic.remove from heat and when cool grind well,by adding 1tbsp of boiled and cooled water.add salt while grinding.in the same pan with remaining oil add chillies powder and sauté quickly,pour this to the ground mix and give another churning..mix well and serve with hot fritters.
